Ad Populum acquires gifts and home decor company Enesco

NEW YORK-(BUSINESS WIRE)–Newly formed Ad Populum, LLC (“Ad Populum”), a holding company majority owned by Joel Weinshanker, announces the acquisition of Enesco, the world’s most beloved gift and home improvement company. The acquisition adds to Ad Populum’s growing portfolio of brands that currently includes National Entertainment Collectibles Association (NECA), Wizkids, Kidrobot, Rubies Costumes, Graceland and others.

An Enesco purchase gives Ad Populum distribution access to over 8,000 fine gift and collectible stores, as well as a portfolio of award-winning artists. The collectible toy market has grown tremendously in recent years with an expected growth of over $20 billion by 2032. Interest in pop culture collectibles among adults is having a significant impact on the retail market. “Adults love to show off and share their fans with family and friends in their homes and offices.
