Fujitsu will present its line of retail solutions for a changing world at NRF 2023 – one of the world’s leading events for the retail industry. Fujitsu’s showcase will highlight solutions that deliver value in three key areas: user experience, reducing your costs and achieving sustainability goals.

Retailers are looking for ways to manage change in an ever-evolving environment.

Fujitsu’s solutions, on display at NRF 2023 (booth #4803) from January 15 to January 17, 2023, reveal a new approach for retailers looking to align solving business challenges with their organization’s sustainability goals.

Millennials and Generation Z are expected to make up the majority of the working age population by 2030 and thus become the majority of the world’s consumers. These consumers are highly aware of the need to protect the environment, support ethical business practices, and choose experiences that reflect their personal needs and values, as well as brand, price, and convenience. To survive and thrive in this new world, organizations must re-evaluate their consumer approach and re-engineer their business processes and systems, delivering both business growth and sustainability results.

For Fujitsu, helping clients meet their business goals related to the SDGs or sustainability remains a guiding principle in the development and implementation of the global offering.

At NRF 2023, Fujitsu will showcase solutions that use technologies including AI, IoT and blockchain to help customers test retailers’ compliance with manufacturing and procurement laws, improve time and effort spent on warehousing for home delivery, and help track and reduce waste and energy consumption and also protects profits by preventing fraud in retail operations.

Richard Clarke, Head of Global Sales, Consumer Industries at Fujitsu Limited, says: “At NRF 2023, Fujitsu’s mission is to demonstrate how we enable our customers and end consumers to benefit from change by using a combination of technologies and services that can be assembled, delivering excellent experiences and sustainable business results. I encourage all attendees to stop by our booth to see and learn what is changing at Fujitsu this year.”
