King Charles, William and Kate return to work after ‘Spare’

Everything seems fine as a rule.

King Charles III, Prince William and Kate Middleton have returned to their royal public engagements for the first time since Prince Harry’s controversial memoir, “Spare,” was released last week.

Crowds greeted the Prince and Princess of Wales with cheers as they arrived in Liverpool for the opening of a new hospital. Both had big smiles as they waved to fans as they attended the exciting event.

William, 40, was dressed to impress in a green jumper under a sports coat, while Middleton, 41, protected herself from the windy weather in a chic plaid jacket over a strappy black jumper dress.

The couple toured the new hospital and shook hands with healthcare workers as they learned about the facilities.

Meanwhile, Charles visited the Mid-Deeside Community Shed in Aboyne, Scotland where he lovingly petted a fan’s cute dog.

During his visit, Charles appeared calm and energetic as he drank tea with members of the Aboyne Men’s Shed and watched skilled craftsmen demonstrate their stone carving skills.

The 74-year-old king then unveiled a plaque commemorating his visit to the site.

He was dressed in a kilt for going out and a tweed blazer.

Throughout his memoirs, Harry made several claims about his family members in what appeared to be an attempt to bring down the institution.

Harry claimed his father called him his “spare” son the day he was born.

“Now you’ve given me an heir and a backup – my work is done,” Charles reportedly told Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana.

Harry claimed in “Spare” that his estranged brother physically assaulted him after arguing about his wife Meghan Markle.

He also alleged that William and Middleton encouraged him to wear a Nazi uniform at a costume party in 2005. Harry lashed out at Middleton, claiming she made Markle cry before their wedding.

Harry and Markle have been spending time with family members since they quit the royal family in 2020 and moved to California where they now live with their two children: Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1.

Since then, they have addressed their royal lives in several interviews and in their Netflix docu-series, “Harry & Meghan.”

But many are now questioning Harry’s credibility as his book appears to have some factual errors throughout.

Despite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s attempts to tell their side of the story, it seems the couple have been met with backlash instead of sympathy.
