NEW YORK, Jan. 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lunar NYC Inc., also known as Lunar New Year Celebrationalso known as (“LunarNYC) is pleased to announce that it has donated, sponsored and raised a total of $15,000 for the Asian American Business Center (AABDC) 2023 Lunar New Year Celebration at Federal Hall in New York City on Friday, January 20th.thin 2023

Company founder and director LunarNYC, Jay Jiang Yu commented, “Celebrating the Lunar New Year 2023 and uplifting the Asian American community is part of our culture at the Lunar New Year celebration, as it is in our name. As such, we decided to donate and sponsor this year’s Asian American Business Center Lunar New Year celebration, and we sponsored and raised a total of $15,000 for the event and organization.”

The Asian American Business Development Center was founded by John Wang in New York in 1994 to promote greater recognition of the contributions of Asian American businesses and Asian American individuals to the general economy. It aims to increase the representation of Asian Americans in corporate leadership, increase the number of Asian American women in senior positions, and advocate for economic equality for all minority-owned small businesses.
