The beloved queen of country pop, 57 – who recently called Harry Styles ‘honey’ – embraced gothic glamor and stunning fashion for her latest photo shoot.
In her candid interview with InStyle, Twain opened up about creating new music and embracing her role as an ‘auntie’ in the music industry by inspiring younger artists.

On the subject of avant-garde fashion, Shania told InStyle: ‘I love it. I’m so for that. I’m so ready for it. I’m a lot more fearless than I would have been.’
The multi-platinum superstar – who is gearing up for the release of her new album, Queen of Me, on February 3 – went on to talk about her passion for being the music industry’s full-time ‘auntie’.
‘Artists will ask for advice or share stories, and I feel like an aunt in a way. It kind of makes me feel like an aunt, which I like. I enjoyed. I am a caring person and I like to share my experiences,’ said Shania.
Twain said that failing to pass on her life lessons to the next generation of up-and-coming singers would be like ‘dying with a good recipe’, and she also talked about how much she enjoys being admired by other artists.
‘I think for anyone who has inspired people for years to watch it happen, to feel the satisfaction, to take the compliment personally, it’s just rewarding. It’s very humbling and I enjoy it.’
